• The total quantity ordered will determine the discount received
• The employer will receive a unique code each employee will use to create an employee account under the employer's account. Each employee will be provided the complete on-demand webinar training needed. It's the employer's responsibility to provide this code to all employees
• Employer receives real-time updates on employee compliance and the number of claimed and unclaimed codes as well as employee progress so the employer can take timely action
• Employer account is updated in real time as each employee completes training
• Employer account is permanently available to the employer at HarassmentWebinars.com

Employees will then:

• Claim the employer's code at HarassmentWebinars.com and activate their personal training account under the employer's master record
• Choose either "non-Chicago" or "Chicago" training
• Complete the on-demand webinar(s) required for their work
• Receive a Certificate of Compliance in their account with QR code as proof
